01Our commitment
We believe every guest deserves a great experience — whether they are buying a ticket, choosing a seat, or exploring our restaurant menu. Accessibility is not an afterthought; it is part of how we design, build, and test this website.
Our target conformance standard is WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We review new features against this standard before they ship and revisit existing pages on a rolling basis.
02Measures we take
- Accessibility requirements are part of our definition of done for new features.
- Automated accessibility checks — axe-core and eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y — run in our continuous-integration pipeline.
- Changes are reviewed for accessibility as part of our code-review process.
- We investigate reported barriers and track remediation to completion.
03Third-party services
Some features — including ticket checkout and loyalty sign-in — are provided by third-party systems operated by Vista Entertainment Solutions. When you click through to purchase or sign in, you enter an experience we do not directly control.
We work with our partners to raise accessibility concerns and encourage improvement, but we cannot guarantee that third-party systems meet the same standard as silverspot.net itself.
04Ongoing review
We are completing a formal accessibility review of silverspot.net. Manual keyboard-navigation and screen-reader testing — including assistive technologies such as NVDA and VoiceOver — and pixel-level color-contrast verification are currently in progress.
We are not currently aware of persistent barriers, but because that review is ongoing, some issues may not yet be identified. If you encounter something that does not work as expected with an assistive technology, please tell us using the contact information below, and we will respond within five business days.
05Reporting a barrier
If you find a page or feature that is difficult or impossible to use with assistive technology, we want to know. Your report helps us prioritise fixes.
Report a barrier to Silverspot Cinema using any of the routes below.
By mail: 4441 Lyons Rd, Coconut Creek, FL 33073Please describe the page you were on, the assistive technology you use, and what you were trying to do.
We will acknowledge your message within two business days and keep you informed as we work to resolve the issue.
06Formal complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility complaint, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice on the ADA Information Line below, or file a complaint with the relevant federal or state agency in your jurisdiction.
07Continuous improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We update this statement when we make significant changes to our conformance posture or testing practices. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent review.
